The way I see it, you have two choices.

You can either decide to lower your bar, and settle for the results you’re getting now with your current level of focus, or commit to yourself that you will adhere to a few daily and weekly practices (that you already want to be doing anyways) with someone holding you to your word so you can stay the course long enough to finally make some headway again. If the second option sounds more your style, I strongly encourage you to register for the GoodEnergy Accountability Challenge.

OK, so now you’re probably wondering what kind of craziness you’ll be expected to adhere to before you can commit, right?

Here it is. You’ll be expected to:

1. Have a measurable goal / desired outcome of the challenge (I can help you figure out what’s most important to you if you’re unsure)

2.Choose 1-2 habits from my GoodEnergy fitness success checklist that you will perform or eliminate daily for the duration of the challenge. May 18 to June 5, 2020
3.Perform a minimum of 3 strength workouts + 180mins of walking each week
4. Report weekly to your coach on the specifics of your progress
5. Post pics the GoodEnergy private Facebook group page of your healthy meals, workouts, or other images showing the healthy habits you are engaged in to help socially support the whole tribe.
