Keeping our blood sugar levels balanced is essential for long term health and can significantly impact our ability to maintain a healthy body weight. Several factors including; food choices, sleep quality, how we react to stress, intensity of exercise, and even menopause hormone changes, can all have a big impact on blood sugar regulation.

This training is your guide to using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) as a non-diabetic, to observe the effects of your lifestyle habits on your blood sugar levels, in real time.

You will be guided to try 3 main experiences with your CGM over 14 days, at your own pace. This will not require much additional time on your part, only mindfully observing how your body responds.

Taking this class may lead to new insights about what significantly spikes your blood sugar levels and could motivate you to make different choices that could benefit your health for years to come.

Information on balancing your blood sugar levels without a monitor will also be provided.
